There are still hundreds of years of tradition still in Turkey.
When the snow falls in the mountains during the cold time, the people spread the grain on the top of the mountain, until it is as cold as snow.
This is because the birds do not die because of lack of food in the winter season.
This practice was introduced by the then Khalifa Umar bin Abdul Aziz. He said a historical one,
"Go and drop the grains on the top of the mountain, so that a bird in the state of Momin does not die from hunger." The current Turkish government is now following the rules seriously.

তুর্কির পাহাড়ে যেখানে আজও কয়েকশো বছরের পুরোনো রেওয়াজ চালু রয়েছে।
খুব ঠান্ডার সময় যখন পাহাড়ে বরফ পড়ে তখন সেখানকার মানুষেরা পাহাড়ের চূড়ায় শস্যদানা ছড়িয়ে দেয়, এটা ততদিন পর্যন্ত করে যতদিন বরফ পড়ে।
কাজটি এজন্যই করা হয় যেন শীত মওসুমে পাখিরা খাবারের অভাবে মারা না যায়।
এই রেওয়াজ চালু করেছিলেন তৎকালীন খলিফা উমর বিন আবদুল আজিজ,। তিনি ঐতিহাসিক একটি কথা বলেছিলেন,
" যাও গিয়ে পাহাড়ের চূড়ায় শস্যদানা গুলো ফেলে আসো, যেন মোমিনের রাজ্যের একটা পাখিও অভুক্ত থেকে না মরে " । নিয়মটি বর্তমান তুর্কি সরকার গুরুত্বের সাথে এখন পালন করে আসছে।
তুর্কির পাহাড়ে যেখানে আজও কয়েকশো বছরের পুরোনো রেওয়াজ চালু রয়েছে।
খুব ঠান্ডার সময় যখন পাহাড়ে বরফ পড়ে তখন সেখানকার মানুষেরা পাহাড়ের চূড়ায় শস্যদানা ছড়িয়ে দেয়, এটা ততদিন পর্যন্ত করে যতদিন বরফ পড়ে।
কাজটি এজন্যই করা হয় যেন শীত মওসুমে পাখিরা খাবারের অভাবে মারা না যায়।
এই রেওয়াজ চালু করেছিলেন তৎকালীন খলিফা উমর বিন আবদুল আজিজ,। তিনি ঐতিহাসিক একটি কথা বলেছিলেন,
" যাও গিয়ে পাহাড়ের চূড়ায় শস্যদানা গুলো ফেলে আসো, যেন মোমিনের রাজ্যের একটা পাখিও অভুক্ত থেকে না মরে " । নিয়মটি বর্তমান তুর্কি সরকার গুরুত্বের সাথে এখন পালন করে আসছে।
